SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping typically occurs within 1 (one) business day of placing order. Please allow up to 5-10 days for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery is limited to the 50 United States and we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping cost is based off order total. SANTA LAND reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in the condition you received.

All returns and exchanges need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please call the SANTA LAND helpers at 1.877.607.2356 to begin the return or exchange process and receive your RMA#. This RMA# is necessary for processing your return. Please include the RMA# on a piece of paper and place inside the package being used to return the product.  

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

We are sorry to hear you have received an item that is damaged or defective. Please contact our SANTA LAND Customer Service and we will work to resolve the issue.
